Shelley Webster is Life and Business Coach. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and has received her certifications as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Simmons School of Management in Boston, MA. As an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Shelley is certified to administer, interpret and coach on the seven energy levels that impact a person's success factors.
Born and raised in Roxbury, Massachusetts, and as a single parent, Shelley helped to grow a start up family owned business into a multi-million dollar organization that employed well over 125 people and grossed $25 million annually. She currently serves as an Asset Manager and Senior Financial Administrator for a firm whose experience spans over four generations of family members, having three affiliate companies in property management, real estate development and construction management. Her key roles in both of these organizations have given her key insight and experience in dealing with family business dynamics and its impact both internally and externally.
Shelley has overcome many of the same challenges that are faced by women of the inner city and has managed to turn those challenges into successes. It is for this reason that her passion lies with empowering women to reach their full potential and live happy and fulfilling lives. Her expertise lies in the areas of: career development, entrepreneurship, self awareness, self esteem, work-life balance, financial responsibility and building and sustaining healthy relationships.
